My name is Heather and I am completely new to blogging, but will give it a go! I have the pleasure of teaching the next generation of tomorrow's leader. I have about 15 years experience working with early childhood education and have to say I love every minute of it. It is so fascinating to see how excited these little treasures are to learn all about the world around them. I believe the role of a teacher is a very important and that we need to seize every opportunity to make a positive difference in the children's lives that we encounter. In the words of Henry Adams "A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops."
I agree Heather. I have to say I love being the first school experience for children. I love the feeling of knowing they love going to Preschool and know that they are then excited about Kindergarten. I like your quote!
